Tamer Cagatay is the Head of FortoLabs, leading product and go-to-market strategy and managing Forto’s SaaS business. He brings over 15 years of experience across data, analytics, AI, and business growth, combining deep technical expertise with hands-on commercial ownership, including growth and data monetization initiatives.
Before joining Forto in 2022, Tamer led data science, analytics, and CRM at HOPI, a 10M+ loyalty and CRM platform operating in a B2B2C environment. Earlier in his career, he built advanced analytics and credit risk capabilities at Yapi Kredi Bank (UniCredit Group) and Turkcell (NYSE:TKC).
At Forto, he has defined the analytics and AI strategy across products, driven productivity gains through automation and GenAI, established a unified product analytics framework, and laid the foundation for AI-driven revenue streams.

At Forto, she built the company’s core product analytics foundation, establishing data quality frameworks, self-service infrastructure, and performance measurement at scale. Earlier in her career, she gained applied research experience at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and consulting exposure at Towers Watson. At FortoLabs, she focuses on translating cutting- edge agentic AI technology into production-grade capabilities that drive automation, faster decision-making, and measurable customer value.

Before joining FortoLabs, Sid built his career in SaaS and AI sales, gaining around two years of experience helping companies adopt AI-driven solutions and scale commercial operations before moving to FortoLabs. He continues to build on that expertise at FortoLabs, with a strong focus on business development, customer discovery, and bringing AI-driven solutions into operational environments. He has hands-on experience working with logistics and freight forwarding companies to translate manual and document-heavy processes into scalable automation solutions.
At FortoLabs, along with Jorge Jungclaus, he supports the growth of LumoDoc, helping organisations streamline document processing and automate document workflows in the logistics sector.

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at BIS Technologies , where he managed end-to-end AI project lifecycles from infrastructure setup to pre-sales , and Turk Telekom , where he optimized capacity planning through advanced predictive analytics for Turkey’s largest telecom provider.
