FortoLabs is Forto’s AI-native SaaS platform, headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

You data is safe with us. Our team has extensive expertise in building secure logistics software and advanced AI systems. We ensure the highest level of data protection through several key measures:

• Data Isolation: Each customer’s data is processed and stored in a completely isolated environment.
• Access Control: Model outputs are strictly accessible only to the respective customer.
  Compliance: FortoLabs is part of a fully GDPR-compliant organization.
• Data Control: We offer flexible data retention policies, ensuring you always remain in control of your information.

Your data is stored for a maximum of 24 hours to facilitate processing, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain copies or backups beyond this 24-hour window.

Our servers are located in the EU. Should you require another region or an on-premise deployment for full data ownership and compliance, we provide full implementation and maintenance support to meet your needs.
