What counts as a page?

A page equals a single page within a logistics document – such as a bill of lading, packing list, invoice, or customs declaration. Multi-page documents are processed as one unit but each page counts into the tool usage.

Do I need to train the AI before I can use it?

No. LumoDoc is pre-trained on logistics-specific datasets and works accurately from day one – no setup, annotation, or model training required. You can upload your first document and see results in under 60 seconds.

Which document types are supported?

All common logistics documents are supported out of the box: bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs declarations, delivery notes, freight invoices, certificates of origin, and more. Additional custom document types can be requested.

Can I integrate LumoDoc with my existing TMS or ERP?

Yes. We support structured data output via API and webhooks, allowing you to sync extracted data directly into your operational systems. We also offer dedicated integration support.

What happens if I exceed my monthly document limit?

As our pricing plans are consumption based, you will only pay for the additional pages that you processed. No other costs will occur.

Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data is processed and stored in accordance with GDPR. FortoLabs is built on European infrastructure and does not use your documents to train external models.
